Clients who require a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) should notify us before the project begins, and we will accommodate this request.
Either party may terminate a project by providing 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination:
We reserve the right to terminate a project immediately if the client engages in abusive behaviour, requests illegal content, or fails to make payment within 30 days of the due date.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lotus Weave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, or data.
